Siddiq is a main character and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a resident of the Alexandria Safe-Zone after being brought to the community by Carl Grimes, where he joins up with the Militia to combat the Saviors. Siddiq later becomes the community doctor following the end of the war. Six years after Rick's assumed death, Siddiq had a romance with Rosita Espinosa and they conceive a daughter. As a result of witnessing the fair massacre, he suffers from severe PTSD.
